The Asian American Studies Department Library is located at Lincoln 1116, Pomona College. Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Below is a list of PDF fillable forms. All you need is Acrobat Reader to complete the forms. For full consideration, completed fund request forms must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date funds are needed. Decisions will be made at the IDAAS monthly meetings.

• Completed forms will be submitted by e-mail by clicking on the "Submit By E-mail" button at the bottom of the form. Required fields need to be filled out or the form cannot be submitted.
  
• Form data cannot be saved so print a copy of the completed forms for your files.
  
• Be ready to attach supporting files, e.g., budget, any additional funding sources, travel itinerary, conference information, etc.
